经济转型期甘肃省外向型企业的发展战略

摘要：甘肃省资源富集，物产丰厚，是全国重要的新能源基地、有色冶金新材料基地和特色农产品种植加工基地。经过多年的发展，甘肃省在对外经济合作中不断取得新成果，有力地促进了地方经济的快速发展。然而，长期以来，由于受地域限制和经济发展滞后等因素制约，甘肃省出口不仅总量小，而且以蔬菜、水果等农产品为主，受国际市场的影响波动大。再加上国外市场需求不足、国内经济下行压力增加等不利因素，甘肃省出口形势严峻，增速明显放缓，出口下滑。为此，加速外向型企业转型、优化出口结构、扶持民营企业发展等为提升甘肃省经济素质和支撑转型提供了新的取向。

Summary

Gansu province has rich resources andproducts and is the national important new energy base, nonferrous metallurgynew material base ,characteristic farm produce processing base.After years ofdevelopment, Gansu province made new achievements in the foreign economiccooperation, promoted the rapid development of local economy.However, for along time, due to the geographical, and economic development lag factors, suchas small amount of export not only in gansu province, and given priority towith vegetables, fruits and other agricultural products, influenced byinternational market volatility.Combined with domestic and foreign marketdemand increase adverse factors such as economic downward pressure, the exportsituation of Gansu province, the slowdown in the growth, the decline inexports.Therefore, to accelerate the transformation of export-orientedenterprises, optimize the export structure, support the development of privateenterprises to improve economic quality and support the transformation providesa new orientation in Gansu province.
