影响我国人民生活水平因素的计量分析

摘要：人民生活水平直接体现了人民目前的生活状况，而通货膨胀率、人均住房面积、国防支出、人均国内生产总值等是影响我国人民生活水平的重要因素，本文利用多元线性回归模型对人民生活水平的物质生活需求和精神生活需求进行分析，探讨其对人民生活水平的影响程度。实证表明，通货膨胀率和人均住房面积与人民生活水平的物质生活需求和精神生活需求分别呈负相关关系和正相关关系，国防支出和人均国内生产总值与人民生活水平的物质生活需求和精神生活需求分别呈正相关关系和负相关关系。

Summary: The living standard of people can reflect the current livingsituation of people directly, while inflation rate, per-capita housing space,national defense expenditure as well as the per capital gross domestic produceare very significant factors that have an effect on people’s living standard.This article utilizes multiple linear regression models to analyze the materialand spiritual life demands of people’s living standard, which is also discussedabout their influence degrees to the people’s living standard. It can be provedby the facts that positive correlation exists between the inflation rate orper-capita housing space and the material life demands of people’s livingstandard, while negative correlation exists when comes to the spiritual lifedemands. Besides, national defense expenditure and the per capital grossdomestic produce are positively correlated with the material life demands ofpeople’s living standard but negative correlated when talks about the spirituallife demands.
