基于品类管理创新的超市经营发展策略分
――以甘肃兰州安宁区北京华联飞天店为例
[摘要]中国的零售业已经步入了一个多业态、跨地区、快速发展的新的历史阶段。为改善供应商与销售商之间的关系,以商品品类管理为导向的管理模式应运而生,顺应了零售企业管理变革的潮流,成为企业经营管理创新的手段。北京华联超市做为国内大型连锁超市,在品类经营管理方面已有了很好的实践.为品类管理创新奠定了基础。本文通过对北京华联超市品类管理现状的分析,为商业超市实行品类管理创新提出相应策略。

[Abstract] China´s retail sales have steppedinto a multi-formats、trans-regional and fast-developinghistoric stage .In order to improve the relationship between dealer andprovider ,the category-management –oriented management patten ,which compliedwith the trend of the retail enterprise management reform and became theinnovation means of the enterprise management, emerged as the times require. BeijingHualian supermarket which is the large domestic chain supermarket have had avery good practice in the category management and laid a foundation forcategory management innovation .This article gives some suggestions to thecommercial supermarket about the practice innovation of category management byanalysising the the category management situation of the Beijing Hualiansupermarket.
